Yoga means union.
Yoga helps us unite and align the seemingly separate parts of ourself.
Yoga is a life long journey of self exploration. The Yoga Path is rich in ancient wisdom, philosophy and so much more than simply a sequence of poses and flexibility exercises.
When we come to our mat, we have an opportunity to align with our true nature. By incorporating conscious breath, movement and stillness of the mind, we may find space for our inner wisdom to come through. And little by little we maintain that connection off the mat and continue the practice by naturally being more kind and compassionate to those around us. Because when we feel aligned we tend to feel good.
You may start to move through time and space with a little more grace and respect yourself and for all that is. And you may start to notice that one aligned being is more powerful than a hundred misaligned beings.
You may start to notice that we can use our energy to unite and create loving connections, or we can use our energy to divide and build barriers.
Yoga helps us unite and create loving connections and lasting change towards optimal.

75 minutes Intermediate (but all levels welcome)
Vinyasa yoga is dynamic class great for all levels. We link breath with movement and keep a rhythmic pace. Sometimes class is set to music, other times we practice in silence to allow space for quiet contemplation.
Each vinyasa classes begin with a gentle warm up, then we flow into a mindful asana (posture) sequence and wind down into a silent savasana to allow your mind, body, energy, and spirit to unite.

75 minutes All Levels
Gentle yoga is great for all levels, even those new to the practice. This 75 minute class includes mindful breath work and movement done at a slow pace. Class winds down with longer held restorative poses and ends with an extended savanna.
Students often find this style of yoga meditative and soothing for the mind, body and spirit.
Gentle yoga is an opportunity to wake up sleepy parts of the body and strengthen muscles, expand breath awareness and improve flexibility.
